HR Ministry to conduct study on flexible working arrangements, says minister

The Human Resources Ministry will conduct a study on the implementation of flexible working arrangements (FWA) in Malaysian companies to evaluate their impact on productivity.
Minister Steven Sim announced on Thursday (Dec 5) that the study, led by Talent Corporation Malaysia Bhd (TalentCorp), aims to assess the effectiveness and outcomes of FWA within the Malaysian context.
