'I love you all,' pens freed Doan in farewell letter to Malaysia

Lawyer Hisyam Teh Poh Teik read out a letter penned by Vietnamese Doan Thi Huong thanking the Malaysian government and many more for her release.
Doan and her Malaysian lawyers will be heading to Hanoi, Vietnam at the invitation of Vietnam Bar Federation. Doan escaped the gallows after she pleaded guilty to an alternative charge in the murder of North Korean Kim Jong-nam in February 2017.
Hisyam Teh Poh Teik read out Doan’s letter in a special press conference at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) departure hall on Friday, along with Doan's other lawyers Salim Bashir and Datuk Naran Singh.
The trio will be flying to Vietnam with Doan and meeting the VBF on Saturday for a final discussion on the case, to be followed with a small celebration.
