IGP not surprised that charges against P. Gunasekaran are dropped

In response to why the deputy public prosecutor dropped two charges against Seremban Jaya assemblyman P. Gunasekaran over alleged links to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), Inspector-General of police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador said he had not received an explanation but he believed that there was a reason for the Attorney General’s Chambers to drop the charges.
