Immigration Department explains latest initiative to reduce the number of undocumented foreigners

The Immigration Department expects between 200,000 and 250,000 illegal immigrants to take part in the labour recalibration and repatriation recalibration plans - the government’s latest initiative to reduce the number of undocumented foreigners in the country.
Submissions of applications can be through www.imi.gov.my with deposit payment of RM500 per worker. The plans will be implemented for six months from Nov 16 to June 30, 2021.
