Siti Aisyah’s lawyer Gooi Soon Seng told the media outside the Shah Alam court compound on Monday that the prosecution team in the Kim Jong-nam murder trial had informed the court that they declined to further prosecute the case against the Indonesian woman under section 254 of the Criminal Procedure Code and on that score, she was released.
