Ismail Sabri: Country borders will remain closed to foreign tourists.

Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the country’s borders will remain closed to foreign tourists in an effort to prevent Covid-19 cases from other countries.
He was commenting when asked on the situation in Hokkaido, Japan which recorded an increase in the number of infections after its state of emergency was lifted.
He replied that all borders will remain closed to foreigners and that all Malaysians returning from overseas will be placed under a 14-day quarantine.
