Israeli Avitan Shalom's firearms trial postponed again due to Hebrew interpreter request

The trial of Israeli national Avitan Shalom, charged with possessing 200 rounds of ammunition and trafficking six firearms, has been postponed again to Monday (Jan 13) following his request for a Hebrew interpreter.
Speaking to reporters after the proceeding, Shalom's lawyer, Datuk Naran Singh, confirmed the adjournment, stressing that the accused has the right to interpretation in a language they understand.
