Israeli strikes destroy homes, mosque and school in Gaza and Lebanon

At least 24 people were killed and 93 others wounded when Israeli airstrikes hit the Ibn Rushd School and Shuhada al-Aqsa mosque in the area of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza on early Sunday (Oct 6) morning.

Israeli forces also bombarded the southern suburbs of Beirut as they showed no sign of slowing down their attacks against Hezbollah and Hamas in Lebanon and Gaza.
