'It's scary': Rantau Panjang residents recall evacuating their homes as more flooding expected

Residents in Rantau Panjang, Kelantan kept a watchful eye on the situation as authorities issued a second flood warning, even though floodwaters were starting to recede.

As of Wednesday (Dec 4) morning, the number of victims in flood-affected states dropped to 65,899 from 67,453 on Tuesday (Dec 3).
