Jalan Ipoh six-vehicle pile-up: Lorry driver pleads not guilty to driving under the influence

The driver of the lorry which rammed into five other vehicles in Jalan Ipoh on September 6, has claimed trial in the Magistrate's Court in Kuala Lumpur on charges of driving under the influence of drugs.
25-year-old Ardi Latif pleaded not guilty on Friday for the charge of driving the lorry under the influence of methamphetamine and amphetamine, which caused him to be unable to control the vehicle and caused injury to the driver of the car belonging to Nik Adlee Saha Nik Ahmad Fauzi.
