Jamil Khir arrives in court to face charges related to Tabung Haji RCI

Former minister Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom arrived at the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex at 7.40am on Monday (Sept 14) to face charges linked to the Tabung Haji RCI report.

His case is set for mention before Sessions Court Judge Rosli Ahmad at 9am.

The MACC has recommended three charges under Section 403 of the Penal Code for dishonest misappropriation of property, following his arrest and seven-day remand that ended with bail on Sept 8.
