Jan 15 mention date for case of religious teacher charged with sexual assault of child

The Seremban Sessions Court has fixed Jan 15 for next mention in the case of a 43-year-old religious teacher facing three counts of physical sexual assault against a child.

Judge Surita Budin made the ruling after DPP Nurul Balkis Zunaidi told the court on Tuesday (Dec 3) that the medical report related to the case was not ready.
