Japan minister takes paternity leave in rare move

Rising political star Shinjiro Koizumi will take two weeks off after the birth of his baby boy, paving the way for Japan's notorious workaholic fathers.
The Japanese environment minister said on Wednesday he was planning to take two weeks of leave over three months, in an effort to become a role model for Japan's working fathers.
