Johor Islamic authorities deny claims of brutality toward Shia Muslims

The Johor Islamic Religious Department (JAINJ) has refuted claims of brutality conducted by its officers towards a group of Shia Muslims in a raid in Johor Baru.
These allegations come after a dubbed 'Ops Hauzah' took place on Monday (Sept 9) at about 11pm in a house at Taman Bukit Kempas, where 54 individuals were arrested.
