Johor marine police seize contraband cigarettes worth RM2.7mil

The marine police have seized contraband cigarettes worth RM2.79mil during a raid dubbed ‘Ops Landai’ at a forest exit near to Pantai Tanjung Kelisa, Bandar Penawar, Johor.
Marine Police Southern Region Two (PPMW2) deputy commander Supt Noor Azman Jamal said the illegal activities were conducted by a syndicate known as ‘Sindiket Tanjung Kelisa’ at about 2.30am on Thursday (Sept 12).
