JPJ chief thanks MACC for cleaning Penang office

Road Transport Department director-general Datuk Seri Shaharuddin Khalid on Friday thanked the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) for arresting its rogue officers and cracking a lorry protection syndicate in Penang.
A total of 27 officers from its Penang branch and some from the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) were charged with bribery in three separate waves this week.
