JPJ offices nationwide to undergo phased upgrades, says Loke

Transport Minister Anthony Loke on Thursday (Jan 2) said that all Road Transport Department (JPJ) offices nationwide will be upgraded in phases with a new, more customer-friendly concept.

He said the initiative was essential to improve the agency’s service quality.
