K-pop revs up Bangkok's 'tuk tuk' industry

Drivers of Bangkok's distinctive motorcycle rickshaws have been among the hardest-hit by the pandemic's devastation of Thailand's all-important tourism industry.
But hundreds have now found a lifeline from the country's K-pop fans, who are paying drivers to carry banners of their favourite South Korean stars through the streets of the capital city on their tuk tuks.
