Kelantan International Kite Festival continues to flourish

The art of making wau - the traditional kite popular in Kelantan, continues to florish.

In the 41st Kelantan International Kite Festival, held at Pantai Geting, Tumpat, which concluded on Saturday (June 29) evening, participants from Johor, Muhd Azemi Mohd Noor and Mohamad Luqman Wan Abd Manaf, excelled in three categories: Wau Puyuh/Wau Sobek, National Traditional Wau Workshop Champion, and the wau flying competition.
