Kian Ming: Due to pushbacks in govt efforts, we need to prioritise changes

Deputy International Trade and Industry Minister Dr Ong Kian Ming, who attended the IDEAS forum ‘The Next Four Years: What Now for Malaysia?’ on Wednesday, said the government is aware that there are pushbacks in changes that they wanted to make, such as ratifying the UN convention.
Dr Ong said, to address the problem, the govenment needs to prioritise changes they wanted to make and takes into consideration on internal resistance from within.
