King demands a stop to bullying culture at UPNM

In his address during the proclamation ceremony of his appointment as Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) Chancellor and its convocation on Tuesday (Dec 3), His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, decreed that the culture of bullying at the university must be stopped immediately.
