KL sinkhole: Visas for victim's family extended, says Deputy PM's office

The visas for the family of Vijayalaksmi, the 48-year-old sinkhole victim, have been extended for an additional month, according to the office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
Arvend Applasamy, a special officer to Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, confirmed this to reporters the at Masjid India site on Monday (Aug 26), and stated that the government is committed to supporting the family, ensuring they receive continuous care and access to a counselor.
