Lawyer: Razak Baginda is still free, indictment waiting for him in France

Lawyer Fadiah Nadwa Fikri urged the Malaysian Government to probe the 2002 Scorpene scandal involving Datuk Seri Najib Razak's former political aide Abdul Razak Baginda and allegations involving corruption with a commission of about RM540 million to a shell company with alleged ties to Razak.
Last week, two French lawyers, engaged by human rights group Suaram, were in Kuala Lumpur to meet with various officials.
