Leaders at BIMSTEC summit observe minute of silence for Myanmar quake victims

Myanmar's junta leader attended a regional summit in Bangkok on Friday (April 4), a week after a massive earthquake devastated parts of the impoverished war-torn country, killing more than 3,100.
At the beginning of the BIMSTEC Summit, the leaders stood to observe a minute of silence in tribute to victims of of the natural disaster.
