License required to operate bus terminals, says Loke

Transport Minister Anthony Loke announced that operators of all 169 bus terminals in the peninsula, regardless of whether they are supervised by local authorities (PBT) or privately owned, must apply for a Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) terminal license to operate.
He said on Monday (April 1) that licensing terminals serves regulatory purposes, ensuring the convenience, safety, and quality of service at these terminals.
