Liew: Abolishing of death penalty is a collective Cabinet decision

Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Liew Vui Keong said that the decision to abolish the death penalty is a collective one by the Cabinet, and all the ministers would have to accept the decision. The minister said the decision made on Oct 10 to abolish the death penalty is still standing despite a heated public debate.
