Lions Clubs’ first female international president wants to hear more women roar

Gudrun Bjort Yngvadottir from Gardabaer, Iceland, the first ever woman international president of Lions Clubs International (LCI) said she wanted to encourage more women participation in LCI, adding that there are “big plans”for the future for the club to serve over 200 million people every year.
Yngvadottir was recently in Singapore and Malaysia to attend the inauguration of four LCI’s district governors and installation of district cabinet officers for 2018-2019.
