Loke: Kuala Linggi International Port set to become world class port of call

Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook said the Kuala Linggi International Port (KLIP) is set to become a world class port of call in line with the government’s aspiration for the development of the maritime and bunker services industry in Malaysia.
Loke said that at the signing of a service agreement between T.A.G Marine Sdn Bhd and Euronav NV on Tuesday, adding that the project is set to create jobs for local residents and boost the economy at the same time, as ships will be entering the port not only to refuel, but also to get fresh water supply and food.
