Transport Minister Anthony Loke on Tuesday revealed that the second phase of the Klang Valley Double Track (KVDT) project will resume at a lower price tag of RM4.475bil, which is a reduction from its original cost of RM5.2bil.
When met at the Parliament lobby, he said that the 15% reduction does not affect the critical aspects of the project, such as flood mitigation.
