Lynas licence renewed for 3 years till March 2026

Science and Technology Minister Chang Lih Kang announced that Australian rare earth materials producer Lynas’ licences have been renewed for three years, from March 3, 2023, until March 2, 2026.
However, with the licence extension, Chang said Lynas will not be allowed to carry out any cracking and leaching (C&L) processes in Malaysia.
