MACC denies seizing Albert Tei’s belongings without due process

The Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) has denied claims it confiscated businessman Albert Tei’s belongings without his knowledge.

The commission said a seizure list was handed to Tei on the day of his arrest and that he personally signed the document.
