MACC's revelation is sub judice and contempt of court, says Najib's lawyer

Lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah on Wednesday told reporters that the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's (MACC) revelation of nine audio recordings from former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak's tapped phone conversations was sub judice and contempt of court.
Muhammad Shafee, who is representing Najib in the latter's ongoing criminal trials related to 1MDB, said they are considering to initiate action against MACC and its chief Latheefa Koya.
