MAEPS quarantine centre reactived, following spike in cases mong foreign workers

The quarantine centre at the Malaysian Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) has been reactivated following an increase in Covid-19 cases among foreign workers.
Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Wednesday (Dec 9) said the centre will house only non-citizens who are either asymptomatic or exhibit minor symptoms.
He added non-citizen patients from the Health Ministry’s training institute in Sungai Buloh will also be transferred to the quarantine centre in MAEPS.
