A health conscious restaurateur in Trang, Thailand has switched from using styrofoam containers for takeaways to paper ones in an attempt to ensure her customers’ health and safety.
The 56-year-old owner, who has been selling a variety of hot rice dishes and noodle soup for over 20 years, said she made the switch after losing her father and niece to cancer.
She became more health conscious and wanted to ensure her customers have access to clean and healthy food.
She also began paying more attention to the type of containers used to serve them.
