Malay Consultation Council (MPM), a caucus of Malay interest groups said dissolving the Parliament is not the best option to end the political turmoil as it is risky and costly.
The group, led by its adviser and former inspector-general of police, Tun Haniff Omar said this after handing in a memorandum to the Malay Rulers at the palace Friday morning.
