Malaysia, New Zealand PMs call for immediate ceasefire in Gaza

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and his New Zealand counterpart Christopher Luxon said on Monday (Sept 2) that they were united in calling for an immediate ceasefire in the conflict in Gaza and finding a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine.
Luxon, who is on a three-day visit to Malaysia, said the two countries had different positions on Hamas but were working towards finding a peaceful resolution in the region.
