China's world No. 1 Shi Yuqi subdued Denmark's world No. 3 Anders Antonsen 21-13, 21-14 in 46 minutes in the Malaysia Open men's singlessemi-finals on Saturday (Jan 10).

This was the duo's third straight meeting in the tournament where Shi now took a 2-1 lead at Axiata Arena. Shi will play against Kunlavut Vitidsarn of Thailand in the final.
