Finance Minister II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan says
Malaysia's economy continues to demonstrate steady growth amid current headwinds.
Speaking to the press after launching the Public Finance and Economy Week (MEKA) 2025 in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday (Sept 30), he said over the past six months, GDP is still growing at 4.4 per cent, while inflation stood at just 1.3 per cent in August—down from 1.9 per cent the previous year.
