Malaysia seeks US clarity on 24 pct tariff: Tengku Zafrul

Malaysia is seeking clarification from the US over the 24 per cent retaliatory tariff announced by President Donald Trump.

According to Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz, the actual average tariff stands at about 5.6 per cent, based on the simple average most favoured nation (MFN) applied rate.
