Malaysia and Singapore are refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the co-located facilities at the Bukit Chagar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) Complex for the Johor Baru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link, says Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
