Man admits to setting dog on fire, asks for forgiveness

The person who was seen abusing dogs in viral videos in Johor Baru recently has come forward to make a public apology.

In a video posted under a Facebook username Braden Yap, the man admitted what he had done was wrong and hoped that the public could give him a second chance.
