Man who snatched victim's handbag after vehicle collision arrested after reporting accident

A man who snatched the handbag from the vehicle of a woman after a collision between their vehicles at KM14.6 of the Federal Highway on Saturday has been detained.

He was detained to assist investigations after he lodged a report on the accident at the police headquarters in Shah Alam.
