MATTA Fair in April to attract local tourists

A first-ever domestic version of the popular MATTA fair will be held in April to encourage local tourism following a decrease in tourist arrivals from China.
Billed as MATTA Fair Cuti-Cuti Malaysia, it will take place on April 4 and 5 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) president Datuk Tan Kok Liang made the announcement about the MATTA Fair Cuti-Cuti Malaysia on Tuesday, adding that staging a successful local travel fair is the best testament that Malaysia is safe for all visitors.
