MCO: Enforcement will go into "harsh" mode in second phase, says Ismail Sabri

The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) enforcement has turned into the harsh mode to ensure full compliance of the Movement Control Order (MCO), Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced on Thursday (April 2).
Despite the drop in the number of people detained during roadblocks and inspections, he said many still refused to adhere to the MCO directives.
