Mechanical malfunction triggers short circuit, disrupts service in LRT Kelana Jaya line

The Light Rail Transit (LRT) Kelana Jaya line service disruption on the Pasar Seni platform southbound at around 9am Monday morning was due to mechanical component malfunction, said its chief operating officer (COO) Ismail Abdullah.
The coo added that the service was fully restored at 12.20pm, after the removal of the affected train was completed.
