Medac confident cooperatives can contribute 5% GDP by 2025

The Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development (Medac) is targeting the contribution of the cooperative sector to GDP to increase to five percent by 2025.
Medac Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said that on Tuesday (March 16), adding that the target was based on the Malaysian Cooperative Transformation Plan 2021-2025 (TransKom), to strengthen the sector in the country.
