Melaka polls: PH pledges early lease extensions, youth contracts

Landowners in Melaka will be able to apply for lease extensions well before their titles hit their final 10 years under a key election pledge unveiled by Pakatan Harapan.

Melaka Pakatan chairman Adly Zahari said the proposal, part of the coalition’s "Aspirasi Melaka Rumah Kita" manifesto, aims to give property owners and their families greater long-term security.
