Mexico vows crackdown on fuel theft after fatal pipeline blast

Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on Saturday pledged to step up efforts to stamp out fuel theft after an explosion at a pipeline killed at least 21 people and injured dozens more in Tlahuelilpan.
At least 21 people were killed and 71 were injured on Friday as dozens of people tried to fill up containers.
