Miami condo collapse: Massive search and rescue operation underway

Hundreds of fire and rescue workers scoured through tons of rubble after a 12-story oceanfront residential building partially collapsed in Surfside, just north of Miami Beach in Florida in the United States early Thursday.
The incident happened at The Champlain Towers South Condo located at 8777 Collins Ave and it was a 40-year-old building.
Rescuers said at least one person died and scores of others were injured. However, they said they could not estimate the number of people who are still trapped at the scene.
