Mohd Shuhaily to continue AKPS duties until informed otherwise

Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency (AKPS) director-general Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain will continue performing his duties as usual until informed otherwise, lawyer Datuk Rosal Azimin Ahmad said.

Rosal Azimin, who is representing Mohd Shuhaily, said any decision regarding the AKPS director-general's position would be subject to administrative procedures and the relevant provisions of the Home Ministry (KDN) or the Public Service Department (JPA).
